Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of furlcarry.com and any purchase you make from it. The site is operated by GLOWFALL LLC ("FURL", "we", "us"), 7901 4th St N #4705, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, United States. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Products and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours can appear differently between screens, and product photography is illustrative. Minor variation in finish, stitching and shade between production runs is normal and is not a fault.

The FURL Sling is described as water-resistant, not waterproof. It is built to handle rain and spray; it is not built to be submerged, and its seams are not taped. Damage caused by submersion is not a manufacturing fault.

Pricing and offers

All prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and are exclusive of any import duties. We may change prices and promotional offers at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed.

Our buy-one-get-one offer ships two bags for a single price, in the colour selected on the product page. Additional bags may be added from the cart at the stated per-bag price. We reserve the right to limit quantities or to decline orders that appear to be for resale.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we send a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example where an item is unavailable, where there has been a pricing error, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order we refund it in full.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. By submitting payment details you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

Shipping and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photography, video, graphics and the FURL name and marks — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused commercially without written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site unlawfully, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, to interfere with its operation, or to scrape it by automated means without our permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.

Changes
