furlcarry.com is operated by FURL, a trading name of CosmoRay LLC. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders

Products shown on the site are an invitation to buy. Your order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. If there is a problem with stock, pricing or payment verification we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency. Shipping is free on 2 or more items and a flat $5 on a single item, and taxes and duties are included, as described in our Shipping policy. We may correct obvious pricing errors; if that happens we contact you before accepting the order.

Product information

We take care to describe products accurately. Dimensions and capacities are typical production values and may vary slightly; colours can look slightly different on different screens. Some product visuals are digitally rendered demonstrations of the products we sell.

All content on this site belongs to FURL or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. If you are a consumer in the UK, Canada, Australia or New Zealand you also keep the protection of the consumer laws of your country of residence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

We may update these terms. The version in force when you order applies to that order.
