The offer

Do I really get two bags?
Yes. One order of the FURL Sling ships two complete bags for a single price of $69.95. Both arrive in the colour you select.

Can I get one of each colour?
The two bags in the base order come in the same colour. If you want the other colour as well, add an extra bag from the cart for $35 and choose its colour there.

Is there a limit on extra bags?
No. Every extra bag you add from the cart is $35, however many you add.

The bag

How waterproof is it, honestly?
It is water-resistant, not waterproof. The coated shell sheds rain and spray, and the roll-top closes off the opening where most bags leak. The seams are not taped, so it is not built for submersion.

What fits inside?
An 8-inch tablet in the padded sleeve, plus a wallet, keys, a cable, a power bank and sunglasses alongside it. It is a daily-carry sling — a 13-inch laptop will not fit.

Can I wear it as a backpack?
No. It has a single adjustable webbing strap, worn across the chest or over one shoulder.

How do I clean it?
Wipe the shell with a damp cloth and let it air dry. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, iron or dry clean.

Ordering and delivery

Where do you ship?
The United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and selected EU and EEA countries. Shipping is free everywhere we ship, with no minimum. If your country does not appear at checkout, we do not ship there yet.

How long does delivery take?
Orders leave the warehouse in 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 7–12 business days depending on destination. Tracking is emailed as soon as the parcel ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email support@furlcarry.com as soon as possible. If the parcel has not shipped yet we can change or cancel it.

Returns

What is the return window?
30 days from delivery. Email support@furlcarry.com, send the bag back unused and in original condition, and we refund it in full with no restocking fee.

What if it arrives damaged?
Email us a photo within 30 days and we will replace it or refund it, with return postage covered.
