Shipping policy
Free shipping when you order 2 or more; a flat $5 on a single bag. Taxes and duties are included. We currently deliver to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. The $5 rate is shown in your local currency at checkout.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays, from whichever of our warehouses is closest to your delivery address.
Delivery times
The times below are business days after dispatch and exclude weekends and public holidays.

These are typical times. Peak periods and severe weather can add a day or two. If your parcel has not arrived within five business days of the upper estimate for your country, email support@furlcarry.com and we chase the carrier or send a replacement.
Tracking
You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is scanned by the carrier. You can also follow it on our Track your order page.
Taxes and duties
Taxes and duties are included. We ship delivered-duty-paid, so any import duty and tax on your parcel is settled before it reaches you: there is nothing to pay to the carrier on delivery and no customs invoice to chase. Prices are shown in your local currency, and where VAT, GST or sales tax applies it is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Address changes
Email support@furlcarry.com as soon as possible. We can update the address until the order is dispatched.
