Privacy policy

FURL (CosmoRay LLC) respects your privacy. We sell to customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, and we follow the privacy laws that apply in those places, including the CCPA/CPRA (California), the UK GDPR, PIPEDA (Canada) and the Australian and New Zealand Privacy Acts.

What we collect

  • Details you give us when you order or contact us: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address.
  • Order contents and transaction records. Card details are processed by our payment providers and are not stored by us.
  • Technical data when you browse: IP address, device and browser information, cookies.
  • Marketing preferences, if you opt in.

Why we use it

To take and fulfil your order, process payment and returns, answer support requests, meet legal obligations, prevent fraud and improve the site. We send marketing email only with your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

Only the providers needed to run the store: our e-commerce platform Shopify, payment processors, the carriers that deliver your order, and authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information. Where data moves from the UK, Canada, Australia or New Zealand to the US, we rely on our partners' standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the site and, with your consent where required, analytics and advertising cookies. You can change your choices in the cookie banner or your browser settings. California residents can opt out of data “sharing” on the Your Privacy Choices page.

Retention and security

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal record-keeping, and we apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or port your data, or object to or restrict its use. Email support@furlcarry.com — we respond within 30 days and never charge for a request. UK residents may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office; Canadian residents to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner; Australian residents to the OAIC; New Zealand residents to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
