Information you give us. When you place an order we collect your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number (when provided) and payment confirmation details. When you subscribe to emails we collect your email address.

Information collected automatically. When you browse the site we collect your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring pages, and the pages you view. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.

What we never see. Full payment card numbers are never transmitted to or stored by us. Payment details go directly to our payment processor.

How we use it

  • To process, fulfil and deliver your order, and to send order and shipping confirmations
  • To respond to your support enquiries and process returns or refunds
  • To screen orders for fraud or risk
  • To send marketing emails, where you have asked to receive them
  • To understand how the site is used so we can improve it

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with the service providers who make the store work: Shopify (our e-commerce platform), our payment processors, our shipping and fulfilment partners, and our email service provider. Each processes data on our instructions.

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil the order and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.
