Return & refund policy

60-day returns on every order. If the Organizer Crossbody is not right for you, we make it right.

You have 60 days from the day your order is delivered to return it for a full refund of the product price.
Items should be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
To start a return, email support@furlcarry.com with your order number. We reply within one business day with a return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us.
If your order has not been dispatched yet, email us and we cancel and refund it in full.

Once your return arrives and is checked, we refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
There is no restocking fee.
Return postage is paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect; in that case we cover it and offer an immediate replacement or a full refund. A photo speeds things up.

Want a different colour? The fastest route is to return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Our 60-day window is offered in addition to your legal rights and does not replace them.

United Kingdom: you keep the statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Australia: our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
New Zealand: your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply in full.
United States and Canada: this policy is in addition to any rights you have under applicable federal, state or provincial consumer law.
